Set against the stunning backdrop of Brisbane’s iconic riverfront, Stanley Restaurant offers a refined take on Cantonese dining, blending tradition with modern elegance.

We are currently accepting applications for casual Bartenders to join our dynamic Front of House team at either Stanley or Stan's Lounge. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
• Have an extensive knowledge of Stanley’s cocktails and classics.
• Working within a close-knit team. 
• Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure RSA compliance at all times on shift.
• Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.

What we are looking for:

• A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
• Cocktail experience is essential
• Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
• Be a positive and collaborative team player
• Open to learning and ready for growth
• Flexible availability, nights and weekends are preferred
• Hold a current RSA
