Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for management of the bar team within an intimate and immersive environment. Nested in the heart of Howard Smith Wharves, this dimly lit and exquisite bar is the perfect escape. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team to deliver exceptional and premium experiences for our guests.
• Training bartenders on accuracy and consistency of products, specialising in craft cocktails.
• Ensuring glassware levels are kept to accurate levels.
• Minimising wastage and promoting good discipline when handling stock and making drinks.
• Overseeing the bar and barback team.
• Leading and refining bar layouts.
