We are currently recruiting for the role of Administration Assistant – School Support to join our busy School Support team, providing a high level of customer service and administration throughout the school. The role is part-time, term time.
The successful candidate will be experienced administrator who is confident with the Microsoft Office suite and has the ability to quickly grasp new administration processes and protocols. You will be someone who takes a high level of pride in completing all administration tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
As this role works with students and their families as well as other staff and the St Margaret’s community in general it is essential the successful candidates have a natural friendly and welcoming manner.
This role will initially be offered on a 12-month contract with the potential to extend this if mutually agreeable at the end of this. The role works 4 days per week during school term-time, 8am – 3pm.
