We are currently inviting applications for the role of:

Primary Support Administration  

The role of Primary Support Administration is to assist the Administration Assistant – Primary with the coordination of the primary office to ensure a high level of service is provided to students, parents, staff and the primary leadership team.  This is a broad role including reception duties, general administration and supporting the needs of teachers and the Primary Leadership team.  The role also includes administering basic first aid for students. 

Your administrative experience, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role.  You will be someone who enjoys a busy environment where no two days are the same.  You will possess exceptional computer skills including advanced Word and Outlook and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly.  Your attention to detail will be 100%.  You will work closely with other administration staff in the school so the ability to work well in a team is essential as is the ability to work well autonomously. 

This role is a part-time, term time role working three days per week, 8am – 4pm.  The role will initially be offered on a 12 month contract with the potential to extend if this is mutually agreeable at the end of the contract.
