• been charged with an offence against a child, including charges that were not proceeded with, or where a caution was issued;

• had a prohibited or restricted status under applicable Working with Children screening legislation lifted (in Queensland or any other jurisdiction);

• been the subject of any complaint, disciplinary action, or investigative process (formal or informal) involving child abuse or neglect, including reportable conduct;
