VincentCare is well equipped to provide a continuum of services that effectively meet the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our values—Courage, Leadership, Accountability, Compassion, Excellence, and Dignity—drive everything we do.
VincentCare Victoria is looking for a Community Participation Worker to join our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program. This role will work with the J2SI cohort to identify meaningful activities that will support their connectedness to the community. This is done through exploring volunteering opportunities, links to training, courses and programs, and internal tailored group and individual interventions, and employment placement.

Why Join VincentCare?
- Salary packaging, sometimes called salary sacrificing is a huge attraction here! It is a popular way of providing employees in the community sector with tax benefits over and above their salary. It means the real value of a salary package can be significantly higher than the nominal value.
- We are committed to professional development to make sure that your career keeps growing while you're working with us.
- We offer a place where you know you are contributing to an organisation committed to helping others. We are passionate about #Social Justice.
- Purpose-driven work that directly supports vulnerable individuals.
