Our marketing department is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Marketing Officer to join the SwanCare team.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of all communications via marketing initiatives, PR opportunities and the management of other communication channels. Additionally, the Marketing Officer will be responsible for assisting in all areas of marketing, for all business areas.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive at SwanCare, you'll be truly dedicated to the field of marketing, providing support to your departments business function and beyond. You'll have a flair for communications and content, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and that natural creative ability to deal with all kinds of challenges with professionalism, compassion and warmth.

You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with writing media ready materials such as press releases and general marketing collateral
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask and work to meet deadlines
  • A professional and responsible approach to work
  • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • Working rights within Australia
  • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old

 You'll also be enthusiastic about developing yourself and adapting your approach to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
