  • Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a useable form.
  • Prepare materials for proposal documents.
  • Managing accounts and working with clients to meet objectives.
  • Navigating contracts.
  • Working closely with account managers and sales team.
  • Answer queries via email, telephone and provide first line client support.
  • Formatting documents and letters as well as other administrative support to the team.
  • Processing and placing customer orders.
  • Phone customers according to the call schedule to get appointments in a professional and helpful manner.

Skills and experience

  • Sales Support experience.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Accurate and organised.
  • Great communication skills(verbal and written).
  • Very good data analysing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
