- Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a useable form.
- Prepare materials for proposal documents.
- Managing accounts and working with clients to meet objectives.
- Navigating contracts.
- Working closely with account managers and sales team.
- Answer queries via email, telephone and provide first line client support.
- Formatting documents and letters as well as other administrative support to the team.
- Processing and placing customer orders.
- Phone customers according to the call schedule to get appointments in a professional and helpful manner.
Skills and experience
- Sales Support experience.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Accurate and organised.
- Great communication skills(verbal and written).
- Very good data analysing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
