About the Role

We are currently looking for proactive and energetic Sanitor to join our team based in Glenfield, New Zealand. Reporting to the Sanitation Manager NZ, this role will be responsible for performing a wide range of sanitation tasks and will play a key part in maintaining the required high standards of cleanliness in our bakery manufacturing plant.
Working Hours: 
Full-time – 45 hours per week with flexibility required to work around production schedules.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
•    Disassemble / re-assemble and sanitise bakery equipment and components
•    Complete routine wash downs & wet cleaning as per schedule
•    Manage waste removal, mopping, scrubbing, and detail cleaning as directed
•    Follow standard Sanitation SOPs and guidelines to complete tasks
•    Maintain and accurately complete key documents and reports
    
About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:
•    Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.
•    Availability and flexibility to work in a shift environment.
•    Food Manufacturing/Industry experience will be highly regarded.
•    Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under specific timescales.
•    Great work ethic and attention to detail.
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative.
•    Physical capacity for heavy lifting of up to 25kg in a safely manner.
