The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for the best Customer Service Consultants to join us at our spacious new call centre conveniently located in Fortitude Valley. In this role, you will have the exciting job of pioneering our move to central reservations. Acting as the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral part in driving our business to the next level. Day to day you will be responsible for responding to our guest enquiries via phone and email. Your absolute passion for our product and enthusiastic sales approach will ensure you succeed in converting each enquiry to a retreat booking whilst maximising revenue by upselling our fantastic food and beverage packages, spa and active experiences. You will also be responsible for processing eftpos payments and balancing end of day.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a flair for selling, a warm and friendly nature and a passion for getting things right the first time. Your professional phone manner, excellent communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, ability to connect with people and desire to hit targets will also ensure your success. You will need to be highly organised and solution focused to keep up with our fun, energetic and fast paced team. Solid computer skills and knowledge of Google, GMAIL Word and Excel is highly beneficial. Full Training in our Property Management System will be provided.
