About the Opportunities
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant as well as enhancing the guest experience with your strong food and beverage knowledge. Your passion for food and wine, efficient and personable service and genuine care for our guests will create that feeling of relaxed luxury for our guests.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a luxury lodge or similar, however candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn will be highly regarded.
Suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanour with a willingness to tackle every aspect of their role with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. As part of a small multi-skilled team candidates may be required to assist in other areas of the business from time to time.
You must also possess a current driver’s license.
