The Opportunity
Spicers Clovelly Estate home of the award winning restaurant- The Long Apron - are currently seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver gourmet cuisine and an exceptional guest experience . The Long Apron restaurant has been awarded with two Chefs Hats in the 2015 Australian Good Food and Travel Guide as well as receiving numerous other industry awards for excellence. As a Food & Beverage team member you will engage proactively with our guests and delight them with your quality service, knowledge of food and wine and by exceeding their expectations at every opportunity. At Spicers we pride ourselves on delivering a unique experience for our guests and are looking for team members who have a passion for hospitality and demonstrate a generosity of spirit. About You!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- natural ability to communicate with guests
- passion for fine food and wine
- solid knowledge of food and wine matching
- immaculate presentation standards
- commitment to provide 5 star service
- willingness to work weekends and evenings as required
Ideally we are looking for someone with one to two years experience working in a la carte (ideally fine dining) and a current RSA Certificate. Given the location a current drivers license and personal vehicle are required.
