Spicers Sangoma Retreat is currently closed for refurbishment, which will include the addition of 2 new Luxury Bush Suites, a general refresh of existing rooms and facilities and a major focus on landscape design.

The Roles
CPD/Commis Chef - Salary, $45000 - $55000
Spicers Sangoma Retreat will require a part time breakfast chef and a full time CPD/Commis Chef. Working within a supportive and fun environment, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
About You
Apart from your contagious passion for cooking, your willingness to learn and your commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience, to be successful in this role you will have:
Restaurant Supervisor - Salary, $50,000 - $52,000
Reporting directly to the General Manager you play a key role in delivering a growing, sustainable and profitable restaurant and functions service through effective cost management, maximising revenue opportunities, team development and above all consistently delivering a quality guest experience. However, your sole responsibilities do not lay just within the Restaurant. You will be a key member of the team and an effective all rounder. Additional responsibilities will also include administration and guest check in and overall responsibility for the property in the General Managers absence.

Housekeeping - Award Rates - 1 part time opportunity 30 hours per week and casual positions available

Spa Therapist - Award Rates - Casual
As a Spicers Spa Therapist, your primary aim will be to provide the highest standard of service to guests, and ensure that all clients are treated to a luxurious experience. We offer an array of spa treatments and successful candidates will exhibit knowledge and experience in the delivery of a variety of services.
