The Opportunity
Nestled in the picturesque surround of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and just a short drive from the quaint town of Maleny, The Tamarind restaurant is looking for a passionate and personable Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager you play a key role in providing a luxury guest experience through quality of service.
About You!
To be successful in this role you will be passionate and energetic to keep up with a young and dynamic team. You love a challenge, take extreme pride in your work and recognise the importance of exceptional guest service. You will also have:
- current RSA
- demonstrated previous experience in a Cocktail and Wine Bar and/ or A La Carte Restaurant
- natural ability to communicate with guests
- passion and knowledge of fine food and wine, craft beers and cocktails
- immaculate presentation standards
- commitment to provide 5 star service
- availability to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
Candidates with experience in a fine dining restaurant will be viewed favourably. Given the property location a current drivers license and personal transport is also necessary.
