We are looking for Community Administration Officer to join our lovely team in Lakemba.

About the Role: As the Community Administration Officer you will provide administration support to the Case Managers of the Community Services Department.  This includes,   

  • Preparation of client documentation
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Provide support and assistance to the Case Managers
  • Regularly liaise with the Clients and Support Workers
  • Organising quotes and purchase orders

Essential Criteria:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have right to work in Australia
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Satisfy the requirements of a Criminal Record Check as stipulated in the Aged Care Act. 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Prior experience working in Home Care or Aged Care
  • Greek Speaking
