We are searching for an amazing Operations Coordinator to join our team at head office!

The role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will play an integral role within the business. You will be providing support and organising travel for the Managing Director and senior leadership team, as well as organising company events and overseeing building maintenance and contractors, including security. This role will be a mix of project management and administration.

You will be required to work on occasional nights and weekends. There may be some domestic travel involved from time to time.

In this hands-on role your key focus areas will include: 

  • Managing private assets, personnel, budget, and logistics.
  • Overseeing building maintenance including organisation of contractors, reviewing contractor contracts and pricing.
  • Coordination of security.
  • Coordinate and communicate between different Stanbroke entities, as well as Peter Augustus, Establishment 203 and Stanbroke Foods.
