The Role:

A great opportunity has become available for a proactive Storeperson to join the team at our brand-new bakery opening at the beginning of 2026 in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth).

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Storeperson will be responsible for managing all inventory items and movements, completing physical counts and reconciliation, and ensuring continual supply of all stock items to the manufacturing site.

This role is a full-time, permanent position in the dayshift, with availability required to work overtime and over the weekend when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all inventory items are available as required and are delivered on time and in full.
• Ensure compliance to all Inbound Delivery procedures, particularly temperature sensitive and bulk materials, by inspecting stock for quality and accuracy.
• Manage control measures to ensure variances are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
• Manage system order transactions and control of non-conforming product.
• Ensure compliance to all Outbound procedures when dispatching Finished Goods, including management of truck and dock schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, critical ingredient, allergen systems, and food safety standards.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication with all co-workers and departments, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Ensure OHS standards and procedures are maintained at all times.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Forklift Licence.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following all health, safety and food safety procedures.
• Great attention to detail.
• Intermediate computing skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in WMS and barcode scanning.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
• Physical capacity for heavy lifting of up to 25kg in a safely manner.
