You will be part of more than just a workplace, you will be part of a community. Tabeel Aged Care is located just 40 minutes from Ipswich and Toowoomba without the bumper-to-bumper travel of the Brisbane commute. This 85 bedded facility provides palliative, residential and respite care.

Expressions of interest are invited from interested persons, lay or ordained, for an aged care chaplaincy role in Lutheran Services (Queensland) at Tabeel Aged Care, Laidley

We are seeking suitable persons to fill 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) from the end of 2024.

Currently this is combined with a 0.2 FTE role at Anuha Disability Service in Gatton, as part of a Memorandum of Understanding.  These positions can be treated together or separately.

Pastoral care qualifications viz Clinical Pastoral Education, or similar, would be highly sought after, as well as biblical and theological literacy in the Lutheran tradition.
