The Disability Trust is a successful, well established organisation providing a range of support services to people living with disability and their families. Our business has experienced significant success and growth over the past two years, and as a result, we have an ongoing demand for services delivered by our clinical team.

Trusted Clinical Services is a multidisciplinary team of skilled Allied Health Professionals working collaboratively to provide people with increased health, mobility and social outcomes. Our vision is that people accessing Trusted Clinical Services will live a meaningful and fulfilling life, facilitated by access to person centred, responsive, and innovative and outcome focused clinical service.

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Occupational Therapists in ACT & Queanbeyan, to join our supportive and successful team.

What you will bring to the role:
Working as an Occupational Therapist with The Disability Trust will see you partner with our participants to develop capacity and independence to reach social, employment and life goals. You will confidently develop programs to assist in areas of daily living capability, and provide expertise in living arrangements and modifications, equipment and other assistive technology needs. 

You will be a natural communicator with an empathetic approach, connecting on an individual level with participants and their carer/s. Our team promote work/life balance, so you may be looking for full-time or part-time work. You will enjoy the freedom of managing your own workload, and developing your area of expertise.

The salary package for this role ranges from $70,000 per annum for graduates to circa $120,000 for experienced candidates, and will be negotiated based on years of experience and expertise.
