The Disability Trust have a range of rewarding part-time and causal vacancies as a Disability Support Worker across the Snowy Monaro region. Our team are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who have a passion for helping people with disability along with their families across a range of community based services and home & living supports.
The Role
You will be part of a dynamic team delivering person-centred support across all domains of life to ensure quality of life, dignity, respect and inclusion. Our supports have a strong focus on building independent living skills and increasing social connections, participation in community activities and participation in employment.
What we are looking for
To be successful in the role, you will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC), and evidence of at least two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccination before commencing. While a current First Aid Certificate is preferred, we can support you in obtaining and maintaining a valid certification throughout your career.

For this position, the hourly rate is between $32.21 - $35.14 per hour for a part-time role and $40.26 - $43.93 for a casual role (plus superannuation) to be negotiated on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
