The opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual to fill a short-term vacancy as Team Leader.
This temporary job share arrangement will see you working two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) in one of our day programs in Batemans Bay, for 3 months.

The role:
The key responsibilities of the Team Leader include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of a diverse range of programs and groups.
- Liaising with families, carers and external organisations regarding the provision of support to clients and program involvement.
- Coaching and mentoring frontline staff to deliver high quality services to our clients.
- Maintaining appropriate records and files to ensure compliance.
- Leading by example to ensure our policies and procedures are consistently upheld whilst ensuring comprehension and compliance with privacy and confidentiality.
We value your:
- Ability to lead, motivate and up skill staff in the disability and community services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse and complex needs and behaviours.
- High level communication skills to liaise with families, carers and other organisations.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound administration and computer skills to utilise The Disability Trust's various internal systems for client management, rostering, record keeping and risk management.
