The HR Administrator role (People Associate) provides top-tier customer service and HR administrative support to a multifaceted organisation. Joining a vibrant People Learning Culture team, we offer a 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you will gain exposure across two key HR functions: 1. Recruitment and 2. Learning & Development.

What you’ll do:
- Respond to all HR enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support administrative tasks associated with recruitment and selection activity.
- Create and maintain accurate employee personnel records.
- Assist with organising and scheduling learning activity on our training calendar.
- Complete training data entry and complete file audits.
- Assist with running and promotion of employee engagement initiatives.
Who you are:
- A recent graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or Business
- A customer service champion who finds satisfaction in resolving any enquiry
- A confident communicator who can speak with people of all backgrounds.
- A skilled administrator who enjoys working within defined processes and procedures.
- Computer savvy and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and other internal systems to complete your work.
- Organised and reliable - you manage multiple work priorities with ease.
- Capable of noticing the little things – your attention to detail is of a high standard.
