About The Opportunity:

Located at our Illawarra Head Office, the finance team's primary responsibility is to deliver consistent and precise financial information to our various stakeholders. Under the guidance of the Revenue Manager, The Finance Officer will play a pivotal role by infusing a proactive approach into every aspect of the accounts receivable function. Your contributions will be instrumental in accomplishing objectives related to invoicing, claims processing, transaction management, and reconciliations. You will also actively engage in collaborative efforts with internal departments and service participants to formulate timely proposals.

Your skill set will include: 

  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Debt collection skills to ensure timely revenue recovery
  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving financial practices
  • Ability to work effectively through tight deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of NDIS (Desirable)

The base salary for this role is between approximately $73,000 and $79,000 (based upon experience and qualifications) plus superannuation.
