We are looking for DSW’s, or other staff, who are interested in putting their strong support worker experience to good use in developing the knowledge & skill set of our support workers.
As a Trainer, you will be required to work a minimum of 2 days a month in training facilitation and will be paid at level 3. You will deliver existing programs, outside of clinical skills, at locations within your allotted geographic region. Training and coaching will be provided to support you to be an excellent, capable and competent trainer.
If you have at least 4 years’ experience working with vulnerable people, you live in the South-East NSW (including Bega, Batemans Bay and Cooma) region, and you want to develop your career as a trainer, then we want to hear from you.
