Team Leader - Client Services

Location: Batemans Bay

Take the next step in your career as a Team Leader – Client Services, working full-time, Monday to Friday in Batemans Bay. We have two exciting opportunities to join our team, one within our Individualised Supports services and another within our Group Programs.

Drawing on your exceptional leadership experience, you will provide guidance to a team of well-established Disability Support Workers to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of supports provided for our clients and staff. Working closely with the Manager, you will assist with rostering in accordance with client support needs (and budget allocation), determine eligibility of clients and refer them to services as necessary, as well as ensure appropriate record-keeping for accountability and compliance.

Individualised Supports

Our Individualised Supports services focus on supporting participants with their shopping, medical appointments, community participation as well as personal care and assisting with meal preparation in a 1:1 capacity. As the Team Leader, you will effectively liaise with clients and their families to facilitate their access to 1:1 supports ensuring the smooth delivery of service in regard to staffing and NDIS Plans.

Group Programs

Our Group Programs focus on social engagement to drive skill development and personal growth for our participants through a range of activities including arts & crafts, sporting activities, cooking and social outings. You will be an energetic and dedicated team leader responsible for the day-to-day coordination of these diverse programs, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of staff and participants are at the forefront.

This base salary for each role is between $85,000 and $91,000 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
