We are looking for a well-versed Team Leader for our Supported Independent Living homes to oversee operations and lead a dynamic team of Support Workers. You will guide and coach our Support Workers to provide the highest quality of professional care to our participants. This permanent, full-time position sees you working Monday to Friday based in Lake Macquarie and Central Coast as you provide visible, authentic and proactive leadership.

This includes balancing client needs with what can be complex family dynamics and handling tricky and sensitive matters with care.
You pride yourself on your eye for detail and have a proven track record of timely and accurate record keeping, report writing, and supporting your team to adhere to strict compliance requirements.
Lastly, you’re resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact. This is a client-focused leadership role, requiring a commitment to quality service, and the ability to foster team engagement and collaboration.
