The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an energetic, diligent and customer-focused full-time ICT Officer to join our growing team.
As an experienced ICT Officer, you will provide technical support to employees across our Victorian footprint with the ability to liaise with our internal operations team and external support vendors to create a seamless process for end-users. This role can be based at either our Oakleigh, Dandenong South or Cheltenham office however will require travel across our Victorian sites. In addition to this you will be responsible for:
- A mixture of Service Desk Analyst duties and Field Services Technician duties.
- Answering phone calls on the Service Desk to provide support to users including troubleshooting computer, phone, software, equipment faults and actioning requests in a timely manner.
- Configuring, maintaining and monitoring PC workstations, laptops and printing devices including associated software.
- Supporting software applications such as Citrix, Carelink and Technology One’s Ci/CiA and utilising Alemba Service Manager.
- Site visits across the organisation (this may include network patching, device relocation to troubleshooting).
- Assisting in the setup of IT equipment in the new workplaces and residences.
- Ensuring the security of The Disability Trust data at all times.
The annual salary for this role is between $76,000 & $82,000 (negotiated based upon experience and qualifications) plus superannuation.
About you
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Tertiary qualification and/or minimum 1 year experience in a service desk or field services role.
- Windows Operating System experience with installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
- Experience working with Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365 & Cisco Meraki.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective identification and resolution of IT related issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- High level of personal integrity and a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to liaise with people of different IT levels of experience.
The successful candidate will be required to provide checks including an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, COVID-19 vaccination and valid Working Rights and Drivers Licence prior to commencing employment.
