Regional Manager - Hunter Services

Location: Hunter Region

We have an opportunity for an existing high performing leader to temporally fill the role of Regional Manager - Hunter Servies for a 3-month period. 

Affording a unique opportunity for career progression and enrichment, you must demonstrate proven success in your current leadership role. You will be agile in your thinking, and credible in managing the highest levels of employee, customer, and broader stakeholder engagement. Specifically, we are looking for proven success in:

  • Leading key operational areas, including service design and workforce planning.
  • Ensuring high quality services within budgetary requirements and a growth mindset.
  • Working within the requirements of the NDIS framework, and the practical application of Quality and Safeguards standards.
  • Management, escalation and investigation of WHS risks and incidents, including the successful implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensuring effective management of employee expectations, and promoting a high-performance culture, including coaching and/or developing your leadership reports. This also includes evidence of responsiveness in supporting your leaders to manage instances of underperformance and/or misconduct concerns.
