Growth of our services in the Illawarra region has created vacancies for casual Disability Support Workers within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. We are seeking those who are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve independence and looking to grow their career journey within a well reputed organisation.
Our services cater to adults with various physical, intellectual and psychosocial disability living in supported independent living arrangements where you will work to support our participants to lead fulfilling lives through inclusivity, choice and control. Your commitment to delivering person-centred support will be essential to this role and you will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure this is achieved through active decision making, inclusive practice and building & maintaining community connections.
Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the successful applicant being someone who is flexible and adaptable with their availability, willing to work a full array of shifts. This includes the ability to work mornings, afternoons, overnights (active nights & sleepover shifts) and weekends.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to attend paid onboarding training upon commencement between 29 October 2025 and 12 November 2025. This will includes two weeks of face-to-face training sessions, online modules and buddy shifts - offering you a comprehensive suite of knowledge and skills to be confident in the role.
