Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity:

Our Marketing Team is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator based at our Head Office in Coniston. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a broad range of marketing activities — from coordinating video shoots and events to managing social media campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work alongside a marketing team covering fundraising, event management, digital marketing, graphic design, and communications, offering you exposure and professional development opportunities across all marketing functions.

This role will see you:

  • Manage social media accounts across multiple brands and business units.
  • Develop and deliver digital advertising campaigns, including EDMs.
  • Coordinate photography and videography to capture engaging content.
  • Support graphics creation and undertake basic video editing for marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate marketing meetings and manage deliverables.
  • Book and manage advertising placements and editorial opportunities.
  • Develop creative marketing campaign proposals that drive engagement.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance.
  • Coordinate events and support fundraising initiatives.

The base salary for this position is between $88,090.08 – $94,788.72 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent on relevant qualifications and experience.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an ability to write effective copy for advertising materials.
  • Competent in the use of a variety of platforms, tools and technologies relevant to marketing and communications activities.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
  • A genuine ability to engage and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to provide checks including a cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination and a valid Australian Driver Licence prior to commencing employment.
