About the Role:
As a People Partner, you’ll work as part of a collaborative and supportive People, Learning & Culture (PLC) team. You’ll provide HR advice, coordination, and support across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, engagement, and wellbeing. You’ll report to the Manager, People & Culture (VIC) and work closely with leaders and teams across multiple sites, ensuring our people practices align with our values and the needs of our workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with leaders to deliver effective recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning solutions.
- Providing guidance on performance management, conduct, and employee wellbeing matters.
- Coordinating training, learning, and early career initiatives to build workforce capability.
- Supporting engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs that enhance employee experience.
- Ensuring HR systems, records, and processes are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Assisting with workforce reporting and contributing to HR projects and initiatives. Helping to coordinate recruitment processes – scheduling interviews, preparing guides, and supporting group interview activities.
- Supporting engagement activities and other People & Culture initiatives.
About You:
- You’re a confident communicator who builds trust easily, loves problem-solving, and enjoys seeing people succeed.
- You take pride in supporting teams and leaders to create great workplace experiences.
You’ll also bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Generalist HR experience and a sound understanding of employment legislation and Awards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Confidence in using HRIS, recruitment, and Microsoft Office systems.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across sites.
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks (or willingness to obtain).
