General Manager - Mental Health, Forensic and Community Services

We are pleased to invite expressions of interest from internal team members for an opportunity to lead Mental Health, Forensic and Community Services across the Group (Marriott Support Services, OC Connections, ermha365, Bedford and The Disability Trust).

Reporting to the Deputy Group CEO, this opportunity plays a pivotal role in building sector and stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving operational excellence, embedding quality and innovation, whilst ensuring that trauma focused mental health, forensic and community services are safe, person-centred, effective and connected to meet the needs of clients and their families.

In this role, you will drive growth and innovation across our service footprint, identifying opportunities within existing markets while expanding into new areas aligned with our strategic priorities. You will play a key role in developing tenders, bids and strategic partnerships, while leading the operational delivery of high-quality, person-centred services. With strong clinical governance and oversight, you will champion service models that are responsive, innovative and uphold the rights, dignity and choices of the people we support.

About You:

You are a courageous, adaptable and resilient leader, with demonstrated:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within clinical, community services, or related human services environments.
  • Strong operational experience delivering complex services such as mental health supports, NDIS services, out-of-home care, outreach or homelessness programs.
  • Well-developed stakeholder networks and the ability to build trusted partnerships that support high-quality service delivery.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations while maintaining a strong focus on people, performance and outcomes.
  • A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice.
