How you'll make a difference... 

As Payroll Manager you will be supervising a team to process all manual and automated payroll payments in accordance with legislative and company requirements. You will play a key role in supervising the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and managing the annual salary review process. 

 

What you'll be doing... 

  • Assisting with monthly reporting and statutory returns 
  • Proactively investigate and review current legislation to ensure TechnologyOne’s compliance and best practice, and manage inconsistencies 
  • Continually improve processes to drive efficiency while maintaining strong controls to ensure the integrity of the payroll 
  • Maintaining documentation and procedure notes for payroll 
  • Accurately validate leave entitlements 

 

What you'll need... 

  • Previous experience leading a Payroll function ideally.  
  • Experience using FinanceOne is highly desirable but not essential.  
  • Resilience in a fast paced, ever changing environment  
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn new skills
