TechnologyOne is looking for a superstar to join our Organisational Effectiveness team.  In this role, you will focus on internal engagement, events and culture building programs. You’ll be high energy, organised and interested in all parts of people and culture.  You’ll have a keen interest in technology firms and have a global mindset.  You will have high attention to detail and a can-do attitude.  

 

What you’ll be doing…

In this role, you’ll help us communicate with all our team members and leaders, organise and execute events which enhance our culture and deliver programs which make a fun and inclusive workplace.  You’ll get the opportunity to learn about  all aspects of people and culture and work with a supportive HR team.
