This opportunity represents an exciting opportunity within our accomplished Consulting team focusing on our Asset Management product. As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products.
What you'll be doing...
You’ll be working within our Consulting team to implement our best-in-class software solutions. TechnologyOne software empowers its users, and our products are used by tens of thousands of people everyday. The Consulting team is at the forefront of guiding our customers through implementation projects.
- Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
- Design verification
- Reconfiguration
- Testing
- Support through cutover and go live
- Apply our tailored implementation methodology (SIM) on every project
- Ensure delivery excellence and profitability within our projects by:
- rapid escalation of issues
- applying a consistent approach
- zero re-work
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
- Help build our Consulting practice by “leaning in” and growing into a leader within the team.
Your talents.....
- Experience working in a consultancy capacity ideally with Asset Management software.
- A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS products ideally).
- Customer centric, you’re a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.
