This is a 7 month contract or secondment position. As Ci Anywhere is completed for the majority of the Financials Product, our focus moves to delivering a Maximum Lovable Product with improved automation, enhanced usability and new features which our customers love and seeing significant benefits in the running of their business. Our Business Analysts really are passionate about delivering insanely great products and solutions to our customers, and we’re looking to fill this project secondment with a candidate that wants to be at the forefront of driving that vision, with a particular focus on driving our eInvoicing and Transaction Automation initiatives.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, capture and translate requirements into innovative business outcomes for our Financials Software. As the key facilitator in the team, you’ll use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate, collaborate and ultimately drive the R&D team to deliver our Financials product, and ensure it continues to exceed customer needs, and enhance our position as a market leader. Working in an agile, cross-functional team; you’ll be fully immersed in our product software development lifecycle from creating and working through user stories, to undertaking functional and writing content to enable our customers to successfully adopt the product.
What you'll be doing...
- Making a huge impact to the 2023A release for Financials Product, with a large focus on eInvoicing and transaction automation
- Defining business requirements using your experience in agile techniques to deliver clear guidance to the development team to deliver insanely great software
- Confirming the solution design is feasible and answers the customer's business problem by working with the development team
- Personally using and testing the software as it is being built to ensure it is of the highest quality, insanely great and meets your acceptance criteria.
- Participating in stakeholder focus groups to review customer requirements, software design, user experience, prototypes, and developed software to ensure customer feedback is incorporated.
- Contribute to the development of materials to support our customers with successful adoption of the product.
What are we looking for....
- Deep TechnologyOne Financials Product knowledge
- Experience with Intelligent Transaction Processing and e-Invoicing are highly desirable
- Experience with TechnologyOne Customers and implementations of the Financials Products across a range of industries
- A passion for software driving business improvements
- Ability to translate and articulate business level requirements to a range of audiences to ensure successful product outcomes
- A basic understanding of accounting principles or finance team operations would be advantageous.
- Business Analysts skills are highly desirable for this role.
