This a great opportunity to build your career in People & Culture. Joining TechnologyOne's P&C team as a Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our P&C administration and be the trusted point of contact for all transactional P&C queries, tasks and actions and P&C advice to team members and leaders across policy and process.

This is a nine month fixed-term contract opportunity within our People & Culture function.

 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Working collaboratively with P&C team to support our advisory and employee lifecycle services including team member support, employment contract/correspondence, reporting and data entry, intranet maintenance, and ad hoc tasks
  • Maintenance of P&C systems and other document management including the identification of enhancements and system updates to improve the service experience or increase quality data capture and outputs
  • Providing first line consistent support, coaching and advice to the business on people & culture policy and process
  • No two days are the same, and you will be required to complete various other ad hoc duties as the role requires

 

What you’ll need…

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or studying towards this
  • Knowledge of contemporary P&C practices and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high work volumes whilst building and maintaining internal and external client relationships
  • Outstanding attention to detail coupled with excellent self directed problem solving, analytical and process development / improvement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced every-changing environment with the ability to meet deadlines
