Corporate Receptionist

As a member of our Corporate Reception team, you'll play a pivotal role in being the brand ambassador and ‘first impression’ for our business. You will excel by delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism in every interaction. Coupled with your immaculate presentation and confident communication skills nothing will be too hard for you while providing seamless service for our concierge desk.

Please note reception coverage will include shifts from 6:30am - 3:30pm or 9am - 6pm, which will be shared appropriately. 

 

What you’ll be doing… 

  • Greeting and receiving our people and visitors, delivering a compelling customer experience on every interaction, offering hospitality and business services as appropriate
  • Performing phone switchboard services efficiently and professionally, providing a positive and memorable experience for each call
  • Start of day/end of day reception areas set up and closure
  • Setting up rooms/spaces furniture and management of catering in preparation of events, conferences, training, meeting
  • Providing initial support for meeting room IT systems
  • Provide administrative support to Leaders and Administration Assistants as requested

  • Demonstrated experience in a highly focussed customer service role
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders and visitors at all levels
  • A team player – you are friendly, approachable and accessible
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities with ease
  • Calm and considered under pressure while using finesse to manage the detail
