Business Consultant - Human Resources & Payroll

How you'll make a difference...

We have an exciting opportunity within our accomplished consulting team focusing on our HR & Payroll product. As a Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products.

What you'll be doing...

This is a Consultant role so you'll be working with our customers in our best-in-class SaaS ERP TechnologyOne software solutions.

• Utilising your past experience in human resources (HR) administration, processes or management to help our customers
• Utilising your experience in payroll administration
• Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
  • Design
  • Configuration
  • Customer support, guidance and coaching
  • Cutover, go live and making projects successful!
• Learn and apply our apply our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projects
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
• In conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services)  teams to deliver great results
• Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, and you will own all the excitement, pressure and achievement of taking them live!

Your talents...

• A degree in HR, Organisational Management, Commerce, Business, Information Technology or similar would be an advantage
• You enjoy solving problem
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment
• Experience working in a consultancy capacity
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other).
• Customer centric, you’re a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.
• Experience with within the government, council, healthcare or asset intensive industries or large complex industries is preferred.
• A solid communicator, your communication skills are strong and you’re at your best when talking to customers and working towards win/win outcomes
• TechnologyOne product experience would be an advantage
• SaaS software experience would be an advantage
• You enjoy hard-work, but want a good work/life balance balanced between working from home and side by side with team mates in the office.
