We are looking for a Senior Remuneration, Achievement & Reporting Specialist to join our People & Culture (P&C) division based at our Brisbane HQ. You will be joining one of Australia’s largest enterprise software companies, with accountability for the delivery of end-to-end Remuneration and Achievement activities and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing…
As Senior Remunerations, Achievement & Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our P&C function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development, and management of, the remuneration strategy for TechnologyOne
- Driving and managing the development of remuneration budgets, delivery of the annual remuneration process and commission review process
- Ownership of international market analysis, benefit planning and providing remuneration advice to the P&C team and leaders across TechnologyOne
- Owning and managing the Achievement Planning and Achievement Review process across TechnologyOne globally to support the delivery of business strategy
- Own and deliver remuneration and achievement data analysis and insights
- Developing and maintaining an awareness of latest analytics methodologies and any changes in compliance and reporting requirements
What you’ll need…
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant Degree
- 5+ years experience in a remuneration and/or reward function
- Proven experience in delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in complex organisations
- Experience engaging and working with senior executives and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills including proficient use of relevant database and spreadsheet software
- HR / Remuneration systems experience
