We are looking for a Senior Remuneration, Achievement & Reporting Specialist to join our People & Culture (P&C) division based at our Brisbane HQ. You will be joining one of Australia’s largest enterprise software companies, with accountability for the delivery of end-to-end Remuneration and Achievement activities and initiatives. 

 

What you’ll be doing…

As Senior Remunerations, Achievement & Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our P&C function. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting the development, and management of, the remuneration strategy for TechnologyOne  
  • Driving and managing the development of remuneration budgets, delivery of the annual remuneration process and commission review process  
  • Ownership of international market analysis, benefit planning and providing remuneration advice to the P&C team and leaders across TechnologyOne  
  • Owning and managing the Achievement Planning and Achievement Review process across TechnologyOne globally to support the delivery of business strategy  
  • Own and deliver remuneration and achievement data analysis and insights 
  • Developing and maintaining an awareness of latest analytics methodologies and any changes in compliance and reporting requirements  

 

What you’ll need…

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant Degree  
  • 5+ years experience in a remuneration and/or reward function 
  • Proven experience in delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in complex organisations  
  • Experience engaging and working with senior executives and stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills including proficient use of relevant database and spreadsheet software 
  • HR / Remuneration systems experience
