As a Project Manager within our Corporate IT function, you will deliver projects and system roadmaps with to provide a world-class, dynamic and future focused IT and physical environment for our people in each office.
What you'll be doing ...
Reporting to the IT Director you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology projects to time, scope, resource and budget, ensuring appropriate security, privacy, performance, stability and usability, and managing stakeholders and project team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate projects, driving on target and successful delivery of these
- Maintaining key project management artefacts (e.g. business case, project plan, status reports, test plan and results, change requests, as built, etc.), and ensure all projects tasks are systematically tracked and reported
- Driving robust project planning and design workshops to ensure detailed requirements and work dependencies are clarified and captured for all work streams
- Assessing project risk and impact, and develop suitable plans to manage
- Engaging and building relationships with key internal stakeholders at all levels to communicate change and impact of all projects and change activities in a fast-changing environment

As our IT Project Manager you’ll know what it takes to succeed and deliver projects effectively and efficiently. You will possess:
- Proven experience in managing cross disciplinary project teams, delivering enterprise information system implementation and business transformation projects
- Ability to manage a broad portfolio of projects (e.g. ERP and other IT systems, infrastructure, facilities fit out) in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in agile project implementation, organisation change management, people leadership, executive and stakeholder management
