As a Technology Associate Architect you will work closely with our Technical Architects to support our Sales team by providing high quality technical architectural knowledge, guidance and support to deliver a compelling customer experience.
What you'll be doing...
In this role, you will be responsible supporting the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction by providing high quality support to our Technical Architects. Your responsibilities will include:
- First level review of Non-Functional and Technical questions for Tender responses and SaaS questionnaires
- Maintaining a database of Non-Functional answers, regularly updating the standard response
- Managing the schedule of Technical Architect team, scheduling client engagements and maintaining supporting collateral and templates to support the technical team
- Developing and maintaining basic understanding of the technical components used to deliver the TechnologyOne solutions and how it interacts with the technical landscape for SaaS prospects.
Your Talents...
As our Technical Associate Architect, you’ll have a basic understanding of Infrastructure and a desire to build a career in the software industry. Your experience will include:
- Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts and trends and a developing knowledge of integration architectures, SaaS architecture, platform features like workplaces, portals, authentications methods
- High level skills in of Microsoft tools (word, powerpoint, excel)
- Ability to engage and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
- Good time-management and ability to meet set deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities
