As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will provide strategic commercial and financial advice and support to TechnologyOne leaders across all divisions to achieve, and continuously enhance financial and commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Finance Director your focus will be providing commercial advice to Senior Management to support decision making and establishing and driving best practice commercial process across all business streams. In this key finance role, your responsibilities will also include:
- Supporting and assessing the structuring and negotiation of key supplier/partnership agreements and variations to existing agreements (e.g. Amazon Web Services)
- Making recommendations for profit improvement strategies and reviewing the viability and appropriateness of commercial business cases
- Assisting with the development of innovative commercial business solutions in line with corporate financial targets and requirements
- Designing, building and maintaining strategic plans at the company and individual business stream level
- Using financial targets benchmarks, models and performance metrics to drive strategic decision making and performance
- Providing analytical advice, support and guidance on key financial management issues, including budget management, funding allocations and performance, financial reporting and forecasting.
Your Talents...
As our Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll know what it takes to deliver strategic commercial and financial advice to leaders and ensure commercial outcomes. You will possess:
- Tertiary accounting qualifications and professional membership (CA or CPA)
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in senior financial or commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work as part of a team to achieve business outcomes
- Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
