An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Sales stream in the role of Application Managed Services (AMS) Sales Development Lead, reporting into the Sales Manager of TechOne Direct. 

Our Sales business is focused on positioning our products and solutions in one of the most competitive markets in the world today, enterprise software, and supporting our sales team to win. As the AMS Sales Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing the strategy to grow our AMS programs with our customers to assist in achieving revenue, growth and profitability targets. 

A key focus in this role will be to generate demand for TechnologyOne’s AMS solutions.  You’ll be responsible for driving market awareness and building your own sales opportunities. You’ll conduct business dealings in a way that creates a compelling customer experience and sets the tone of future interactions with TechnologyOne.    

 

 What you'll be doing… 

As Sales Development Lead, you will play a key role developing our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving target revenue by qualifying new opportunities and managing clients to close sales with TechnologyOne customers 
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need  
  • Working closely with existing clients to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for TechnologyOne 
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of TechnologyOne’s solutions and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers  

 

Your Talents… 

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in the technology or software sector
  • Complete understanding of customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and ability to form long term partnerships to leverage revenue
  • Excellent communication skills
