As a valued member of the People & Culture team you will be designing and implementing effective remuneration and achievement programs; supporting the delivery of end-to-end remuneration, achievement, and reward activities and initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.
What you’ll be doing…
- Support annual remuneration and achievement review processes, including planning, analysis, benefit planning, and review.
- Prepare and analyze remuneration and achievement data, ensuring data quality
- Assist in developing remuneration budgets, executing annual processes, and managing STI and commission reviews
- Provide remuneration advice, including international market analysis and benefit planning
- Support Achievement Planning and Review processes globally.
- Deliver remuneration and achievement data analysis, insights, and broader P&C analytics
- Guide Business Partnering and Recruitment in addressing remuneration and achievement challenges
- Conduct salary benchmarking and drive salary reviews.
- Report on compensation trends, audit processes, and ensure award compliance
- Assist in developing remuneration frameworks and pay ranges.
- Perform market comparisons to recommend appropriate remuneration levels
- Manage data collection for benchmarking surveys
- Support remuneration benchmarking surveys and interpret results.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Reward & Performance queries.
- Collaborate with the P&C Systems team for systems support
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and papers
What you’ll need…
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Knowledge of contemporary human capital management and metrics
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, provide insights, and interpret metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated experience driving goals through efficient use of systems, practices, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Commercial acumen in assessing and modifying work practices to align with team priorities
