Technical Support Analyst

At TechnologyOne, our global Customer Support team is pivotal to how we deliver customer-driven, innovative ERP software that transforms our customers business and makes their lives simple.    

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team. Using your network administration experience you will apply your technical experience to resolve a range of queries and issues, keeping you challenged and engaged, and the opportunity to mix it with developers, senior techs and a range of key stakeholders!   The team is great, our customers are varied and we are scaling for growth! 

What you'll be doing...  

• Owning and resolving assigned issues and question requests in a timely and seamless manner using your technical problem-solving expertise 
• Understanding customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, and provide alternate solutions to customer issues  
• Creating knowledge base articles to improve first call resolution and help customers self-serve  
• Providing a compelling customer experience on every customer interaction to make our customers feel valued and important   

Your talents…  

Proven experience and knowledge in:  

• Programming experience e.g. C#, Visual Basix, XML 
• Remote administration skills and use of tools including VPN connections, Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop Connection, VNC and PC Anywhere 
• System experience in networks, databases, operating systems, system administration and cloud/SaaS environments. 
• Programming or scripting experience would also be highly regarded.
• Solving technical problems using appropriate tools and resources 
• Experience working with clients and vendors
