About T-Ports

T-Ports specialises in bulk handling, storage and transhipping of grain using cutting-edge state of the art facilities and equipment. T-Ports operates two transhipment Ports, one at Lucky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula and one at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula.  As well as the two transhipment Ports, T-Ports operates up-country grain storage sites at Lock and Kimba and a transhipment vessel “Lucky Eyre” that discharges grain into ocean-going vessels at sea. T-Ports is founded on four pillars, Innovation, Safety, Integrity, and Efficiency.

About the role: 

  • General Grain Handling 
  • Bunker operations 
  • Tarp Crew 
  • Grain Classification 
  • All roles have on-site training

About you: 
To be considered for casual employment with us during harvest, you’ll need to:

 

  • Be available to work with us from October 2024 to January 2025
  • Loader tickets, HR Licences will be highly regarded.
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident,

     New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa. 

  • Be capable and willing to work in an outdoor and shift work environment. 
  • Be willing to undergo a company paid pre-employment medical. 
  • Previous grain/cotton harvest/storage & handling experience is preferred although not essential.
  • Be enthusiastic, enjoy your work and strive to offer a high level of customer   service.
