About T-Ports
T-Ports specialises in bulk handling, storage and transhipping of grain using cutting-edge state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. T-Ports has two transhipment ports, one in Lucky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula and one at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula. As well as the two transhipment ports, T-Ports operates up-country grain storage sites and a transhipment vessel that discharges grain into ocean-going vessels at sea.

About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will provide administrative support to Operations, Maintenance, Marine, Compliance and other business units within T-Ports based at our Lucky Bay or Wallaroo site. You will be required to assist customers and key stakeholders while having a professional, friendly manner with exceptional customer service skills.
- Full-Time Role (Monday - Friday)
- General administration & customer service duties, always maintaining a positive and professional manner.
- Purchase order creation and monitoring of invoices
- Prepare, facilitate, follow up and action correspondence.
- Assist customers with enquiries and portal access.
- Travel Coordination - flight and accommodation bookings.
- Manage stationery levels and office amenities levels.
- Collection of freight and mail from local receival depots
- Assist with operations data entry of grain stock management system CSM.
- Assist with stock inventory on MEX register, checking parts in/out of stores.
- Manage and oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, accounts, and other documentation.
- Maintain records within the online Integrated Management System (Skytrust) as requested.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
About You:
You will be an experienced administration professional who has excellent time management skills, is highly organised and can prioritise workloads. With your high level of interpersonal skills, you will build strong working relationships with the team and team leaders across all business units. A high level of written communication skills will also be required. To be successful for the role, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience in business administration roles, supporting senior management and broader teams.
- Professional presentation and approachable personality
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Office 365, including calendar management
- C-Class driver's license
- Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous)
