About T-Ports
T-Ports specialises in bulk handling, storage and transhipping of grain using cutting-edge state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. T-Ports has two transhipment ports, one in Lucky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula and one at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula. As well as the two transhipment ports, T-Ports operates up-country grain storage sites at Lock and Kimba and a transhipment vessel that discharges grain into ocean-going vessels at sea.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the HR team, you will:
- Casual position (15 - 25hrs per week)
- Assist the recruitment/ HR team with advertising roles, interview coordination and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, inductions and system access
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
- Assist with reference checks, medicals, and compliance verification
- Assist with coordinating bulk recruitment campaigns and seasonal hiring
- Handle candidate enquiries with professionalism and care
- Liaise with external providers
- Produce clear, high-quality business correspondence

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment or administration (preferred)
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (desirable)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance (advantageous)
